We’re looking for a customer-focused Full Time Direct CustomerService Agent with strong communication skills, a passion forservice, and an ability to stay calm under pressure. DirectCustomer Service Agent Responsibilities Respond to customerinquiries through in person communication promptly andprofessionally Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing salesolutions or directing customers to appropriate departments asneeded Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales,and update account information Collaborate with sales team membersto improve customer experience and share best practices Assist withcustomer concerns and work to find resolutions Support team andprovide information about our products and services to newcustomers
