ENTRY CUSTOMER ASSURANCE TECHNICAL ADVISOR POSITION PURPOSE

To answer extended warranty and technical calls for all Carrier and Payne products including warranty policies and procedures for out Dealers, Contractors, Customers and Associates.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Provide guidance in application/usage of products within manufacture limitations. 2. To interface with and provide integral support to both internal and external people on Carrier and Payne products. 3. Answer general warranty questions, verify amounts on credit memo, record any discrepancies and verify invoices have shipped. 4. To answer technical support calls. 5. Assist in implementing classes for our customers as well as internal associates. 6. Process Credit memo when Warranty administrator is out of the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level:

High Diploma Knowledge of HVAC/R industry, products and solutions required Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations A general knowledge of the personal computer with “Microsoft Office” Applications or equivalents is required.

WORK PROCESS AND ENVIRONMENT

: This position requires a person who is self-motivated and who requires little direct supervision. This person should have good communication skills and telephone techniques. This position requires a person whose personality is of even temperament and allows them to communicate with customers having technical issues.
