Role:

Our global client is seeking a highly organized and professional Client Services Coordinator to support a dynamic team of brokers specializing in Industrial, Office, and Retail properties. In this front-facing role, you’ll also serve as the main point of contact for the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting both client relations and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to brokers and the office team. Prepare proposals, presentations, tour books, flyers, and other marketing and communication materials. Coordinate internal and external marketing efforts. Process broker commission payments and complete voucher forms in accordance with company policy. Serve as the office’s go-to resource for supplies and visitor coordination. Maintain consistency of brand and marketing standards across all deliverables. Organize and prepare customized client property packages, responding to RFIs and RFPs. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Update internal databases and assist with website content as needed. Track and maintain marketing material inventory. Collaborate with centralized teams for analysis, marketing, and research support. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college required. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support to a team of professionals. At least 2 years of experience in real estate administration. Strong marketing experience, including preparation of branded materials and coordination of campaigns. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience abstracting leases and interpreting legal/financial documents. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities. Marketing savvy with experience manipulating templates in PowerPoint or InDesign (preferred).

This role is based on-site in our Birmingham, AL office, where you’ll join a professional team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll play an essential role in keeping both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes operations running efficiently.
