Responsibilities:

• Assess weather-related damage to properties and compile detailed reports
• Utilize negotiation skills to work with clients and insurance companies effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Organize and maintain records using our CRM software and documentation processes
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure the best customer experience
