Credit Card Seasonal Support Education & Experience:
Highschool graduate or higher Customer service experience preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish desirable
Skills Needed:
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products Ability to work with team to meet deadlines in a timely manner Detail-oriented and organized workspace Ability to complete work efficiently with a focus on quality Ability to communicate via verbal and written methods in a clear and effective manner Good attitude and positive personality
Job Duties:
Deploy Point-of-Sale systems for stand & tent locations Basic configuration and accountability of POS equipment Maintain a clean and organized work space Provide excellent customer service Answer calls in a professional manner Resolve customer issues with little supervision
Environment:
Hours vary depending on business need Lifting of up to 25+ lbs
