JOB DUTIES
Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with scheduling, inquiries, and service updates Greet and check in customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient start to their service experience Coordinate customer appointments and manage the check-in/check-out process Process payments accurately, including cash and electronic transfers, and match payments to repair orders Maintain ongoing communication with customers through follow-up calls and service updates Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused approach Communicate with insurance companies regarding payment status and related documentation Open and close repair orders in line with company procedures Provide general administrative support, including assisting with the CCC ONE estimating system and internal documentation Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
