Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Pickup team member, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers in person at the store. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products to the customers vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, being a spokesperson for the business
• Maintain accurate records of items picked and delivered
• Be able to work autonomously and with integrity while performing duties
• Able to pull invoices from a computer system and track deliveries on a basic spreadsheet
• Stock and organize products in the customers vehicles and in the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including task like zoning, sweeping, mopping and other daily cleaning and organization tasks.
• Heavy lifting is involved.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift heavy items frequently throughout shift.

Items vary in weight and size. Individual and Team lifts are required in this job. Lifting 25-50lbs on a regular basis.

Experience:

• Familiarity with entry level computer spreadsheets and systems
• Experience in Customer Service
• Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate record keeping and correct items are pulled for the right customer
• Ability to stock and organize products in the customers vehicles and in the warehouse
• Ability to bend, stoop and lift heavy items frequently throughout shift.
