Description We are looking for a detail-oriented

PART-TIME ON-SITE

Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Opelika, Alabama. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, managing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues with attention to detail.
  • Process and manage order entries accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly, providing clear and concise information.
  • Maintain and update customer records using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Assist with data entry tasks to support various customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word to prepare documents and correspondence as required. Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a wholesale distribution setting.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong skills in data entry and record management with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for daily tasks.
  • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.
