Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and document repair needs clearly.
• Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and time estimates.
• Prepare repair orders and provide accurate estimates and timelines to customers.
• Sell recommended maintenance and repair services professionally and ethically.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Handle service transactions, follow up post-service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with team members to ensure efficient shop flow and high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs (we’ll train the right person).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
