Wholesale Customer Service Representative 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 208 Old Fort Rd E, Fort Deposit, AL 36032 Interested in joining our team? We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Wholesale Customer Service Office Assistant to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, assisting customers over the phone, and ensuring a smooth and organized office environment. Responsibilities include
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls-Placing outgoing calls and following up on phone orders-Entering phone, wholesale, and catalog orders into our computer system-Performing basic typing and light bookkeeping tasks-Organizing and filing paperwork-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment-Collaborating with coworkers and sharing tools, space, and materials respectfully-Supporting team projects and adjusting to the needs of a dynamic office setting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
- Familiarity with Sage X3 or similar ERP systems is a plus (training available
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn-Ability to multitask and work well with others.
Experience:
Experience in a similar office or clerical role is helpful, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
