This is a customer-facing retail role, perfect for someone who’s friendly, dependable, and comfortable in an open-minded, judgment-free environment. Duties Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their needs Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card transactions. Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively upsell items and enhance sales opportunities. Light cleaning and keeping the store tidy—if you see something that needs to be done, we hope you’ll jump in Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and inviting store environment. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Open availability for nights and some weekends 21+ to apply Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, dependable, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
