Full Job Description Job Description:

Cimarron is seeking a _ Client Support Administrator _ to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at the Redstone Arsenal in Alabama.

Key Duties:

Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network, and users. Provide in-person and Phone Support to MDA End users for troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and Microsoft office products. Install hardware at end-user workstations, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and related equipment. Contribute to large-scale projects and events.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education :

Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time. Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2 or more years of experience with relevant business systems, operating systems, servers, and/or experience in light programming, troubleshooting, and project management of small initiatives. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to move freely around a large facility, perform under-desk work, and other physical aspects of the position. Ability to maintain professional behavior and dress. Possesses a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g., Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner). High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in a customer service role. Experience supporting a program with the Department of Defense (DoD).
