Your duties will include:

continued product knowledge development in all tech-based hobbyist categories we carry Deliver exceptional customer service to other like-minded beginners, experts and specialists that are our GigaFans Answer product specific questions, engage in the buying process, inventory inquiries and more! Answer inbound telephone calls conduct online chats and respond to customer emails Maintain inbound and outbound ETAs for product arrival and delivery Other duties as assigned You will gain access to top of the line product specialist training by such brands as Canon, Nikon, Yaesu, Bambu, Unistellar, Celestron, Phanteks, ASUS and more!
