Customer Service/Front Desk On The Spot Auto Detail 7955 Us 72 W Highway, Madison, AL 35758 Skills and Qualifications A strong attention to detail to ensure tasks and services are completed thoroughly and scheduled correctly Personable and friendly demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and the ability to properly prioritize tasks Flexibility to adjust to new tasks and duties should company or store needs change Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees and customers Ability to anticipate customer needs and act accordingly Ability to work at a fast pace and in a noisy environment Essential Job Duties Responsible for but not limited to: appointment setting, membership sign-up, customer satisfaction, facility cleanliness, valeting, and wash sales Maintain a clean and uncluttered workstation and customer-facing environment Keep paperwork/digital files organized and secured Recognize and communicate extra cleaning needs with customers Prevent damages by taking photos of and recognizing unsuitable vehicles/pre-existing damage Keep restrooms clean and stocked Keep self-serve area clean and stocked Monitor text and social media communications Physical Requirements The environment can vary throughout the day arranging from quiet office to moderately noisy store and noisy backroom and tunnel. Proper hearing protection will be provided at all times. The majority of your time will be spent in a climate controlled environment but certain tasks may be semi-exposed or fully-exposed to the outside environment. Most tasks will require the use of computers and phones. This job may require lifting up to 25lbs and long periods of standing, walking, or sitting at a desk.
