We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for quality.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking our products. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to the completion of their delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer service and relationship building (no cold calling, working with established customers) Contacting and developing solutions with customers Maintaining customer records Answer and route incoming telephone calls Communicate orally and via e-mail with clients and co-workers to effectively input customer orders Respond to requests for information in a timely and professional manner Understand and use job-related software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Handle confidential information with discretion Prior experience in office setting and virtual office is preferred Superior time management and priority-setting skills

Requirements :

Advanced computer skills and ability to use all aspects of Office 365 Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Lightning fast response time via email Motivated self starter Above basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Quick learning to new systems and ALWAYS effectively using resources and tools provided in the system Must be able to work in a virtual setting
