The Customer Support Representative in our ABA clinic handles inquiries and concerns from clients, parents, and staff regarding ABA therapy services and other clinic-related matters in a professional and empathetic manner. This person is responsible for client and patient relations, office organization, and general assistance of leadership level staff. This is a great position for a recent graduate interested in a Medical Administrative Business position. What you’ll be doing: Relationship management and communication in phone and as first person upon entering clinic. Maintain detailed and organized accounts for patients at intake/registration. Establish, complete, and maintain Registration Paperwork and documents. Communicate professionally with physicians and referring providers. Uphold the mission and vision of WellStone to include holding other employees accountable in the absence of the Director and Clinical Supervisor. Maintain good client relations through emails, phone calls, general interactions. Inform Director and/or Clinical Supervisor of need for maintenance, repairs, cleanings, and other administrative tasks. Responsible for Opening and Closing clinic in rotation with management. Maintain Intakes & Waitlist under the supervision of the Intake Coordinator. Keeps office organized and running efficiently. Keep accurate records when performing data entry. Providing support to both the Director and Speech Therapist as needed. Keeping office area maintained and presentable. Upholding company values to patients and outside public. Complete other duties as assigned.
