• Answer phone and Schedule Services
• Utilize Servicetitan Software for Scheduling and Dispatching
• Establish a good working relationship with the Technicians
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate schedules with locations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Skills
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using phone systems to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Very Organized and multitasker
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan system is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Ability to problem solve with the team for best solution.
• Desire to grow with a rapid growing company.
