You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will help grow our book of business and your paycheck by bring on new customers by prospecting, uncovering their needs, and providing insurance solutions or aiding other producers in the office to help cover those needs.

Day to day duties:-Calling and creating Prospects-Participate in planning meetings-Tracking data and stats-Creating lists-Meeting with customers-Responding to customers and prospects inquiries-Provide help, solutions, communication, and become a liaison between underwriting, claims, billing, and customer service.-Spending time with other producers and the agent in the office observing and learning how to conduct reviews and appointments-Outside marketing-Community involvement-Working Community events-Updating and creating social media content for the agency-Generating referrals from current customers-Creating and deepening relationships with centers of influence with the purpose of obtaining referrals-Learning about the 130+ products State Farm offers and becoming familiar and eventually an expert in them
