The Intake Specialist will be responsible for answering phones, lead intake/appointment setting, and customer service. The Intake Specialist should maintain a positive attitude, especially since they are typically the first voice and face that a client will interact with. The Intake Specialist should be an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be well organized, flexible, and relate to our core values of Integrity, Knowledge, and Service.
Responsibilities:
Opening the office daily, arriving promptly by 8AM Inputting
NEW LEAD
information into our database Answering incoming calls | Facilitate and greet all office visitors, directing all initial contact Following up appropriately with unassigned leads to get new potential clients scheduled Scheduling
INSPECTIONS
for Roof Specialists Permitting jobs – which includes occasionally having to travel (within the city) to pick-up roof permits Processing job approvals Receiving payments from clients and inputting into QuickBooks + CRM Checking invoice pricing and sending emails to suppliers when pricing is off Updating job files with detailed notes after each client interaction Accepting packages and greeting/facilitating office visitors (keeping guests out of the “employees only” area unless they have a previously scheduled appointment) Other duties possible, based on necessity
