Description of Duties:

The Junior Client Support Administrator (Jr CSA) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

The candidate will:
  • Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users.
  • Provide in person and Phone Support to MDA End user troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Software, Operating Systems, and Office Products.
  • Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc).
  • Maintain professional behavior and dress.
  • Contribute to large scale Projects and Events.
    The successful candidate will:
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a customer-facing position, and the position requires some travel.

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 0 years of general experience.

  • Must have 2 years of related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to move freely around a large facility, perform under desk work, as well as other physical aspects of the position
  • Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
  • Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
  • Have Customer Service and DoD experience
    This position is expected to pay $57,000 – $82,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
