Position Overview As a Porsche Pro, you will be an essential part of the customer experience. This role blends product expertise with high-touch client service and supports dealership operations through vehicle preparation, lot organization, and photography. You will also serve as a technology expert, helping demonstrate and deliver vehicles to customers in a way that’s informative, seamless, and memorable. This position is also an excellent stair-step opportunity for individuals looking to grow within the organization— especially those interested in eventually moving into a client advisor (sales) role. You’ll gain product knowledge, customer interaction skills, and a deep understanding of dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Become the go-to technology expert for Porsche vehicle features, infotainment systems, and driver assistance tools. Facilitate vehicle deliveries , ensuring each customer receives a thorough and personalized handover. Manage photo inventory using our in-house photo booth to maintain accurate, professional online listings. Ensure all inventory is lot-ready, including battery charging, fluid replenishment, and proper staging. Maintain a clean and organized showroom, lot, driveway, and sidewalks. Tag vehicles with stock and buyer guides and assist with key organization. Move and arrange inventory per display standards and direction from sales or general management. Assist sales managers as needed with test drives, vehicle transport, and customer service. Work every Saturday as part of the standard retail schedule. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits –
