Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Demonstrate installation processes Communicate effectively with customers via phone, ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele when applicable. Willingness to learn to new skills and train others Experience Experience in landscaping and/or construction environment.
