Customer Service Representative Balcazar Agency Albertville, AL 35950 Balcazar Agency is hiring! We are looking for a full time bilingual customer service rep! We pride ourselves in our customer service, so our candidate must have excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is tech saavy, as you will be answering phone calls, text messages and emails. Our customer service rep will be in charge of greeting clients as they come in, processing payments, taking quote information and answering questions for clients and potential clients. This is a full time position.
