Your role is to manage guest expectations, schedule service appointments, and oversee clear communication throughout the repair process. We are looking for someone who values guest satisfaction and is committed to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Guest InteractionGreet guests professionally and ensure they feel welcomed.
Listen to guest concerns and accurately document service requests.
Explain repair processes, timelines, and cost estimates clearly.
Appointment CoordinationSchedule and confirm service appointments to optimize workflow.
Send appointment reminders to reduce no-shows.
Facilitate Service ProcessCreate service orders based on guest needs and diagnostics.
Communicate guest needs effectively to technicians.
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion.
Parts CoordinationIdentify parts needed for repairs and secure guest approval.
Coordinate with the parts department to ensure parts availability.
Manage parts inventory specifically for approved Repair Orders (ROs).Documentation and Guest EducationMaintain accurate records of guest interactions, estimates, and invoices.
Educate guests on warranty options and RV maintenance best practices.
Keep guests informed of service status and any updates.
Quality Control and 3rd Party PayersEnsure completed repairs meet quality standards.
Handle guest concerns and facilitate resolutions.
Work with third-party payers for service approvals, document denials, and update guests accordingly.
What We’re Looking For:
