The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with specific experience in working on recreational vehicles. This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing and repairing various systems within RVs, ensuring they are safe and functional for our customers. The RV Technician will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks including inspections to ensure optimal performance of RVs. Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, addressing issues related to wiring, batteries, and lighting. Execute equipment repair tasks, including the use of power tools for various repair jobs. Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used during repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RV technology to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on RVs or similar vehicles preferred. Proficiency in using power tools and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and their components. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are a plus.
