Role:
The Kalagian Agency LLC – Alfa Insurance is seeking a reliable and organized Agent Support Staff member to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our agents with administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist agents with day-to-day administrative tasks Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries Maintain and organize files and documents Schedule appointments and manage calendars Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Qualifications:
