This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. Duties Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring a positive experience. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office systems and outside field. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Proficiency in English / Spanish, both written and verbal, is a plus. Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in client services or customer support roles is a plus. Ability to analyze information and provide solutions based on customer needs.
