For this particular position, retail experience is helpful. Responsibilities Communicates with patients, patient families and/or healthcare professionals in the inpatient and outpatient waiting room environment. Gathers information for EPIC. Maintains and updates the retail point of sale inventory system. Performs a variety of customer-oriented activities including greeting and directing visitors, answering phones and acting as liaison for physicians, clinical staff and patient families.
