We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first line of communication for our company: Interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
