In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products/services. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify common issues or trends in customer feedback and report them to management. Requirements Previous experience in customer support or customer service is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for record keeping and communication. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately (cash handling experience is a plus). Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions to customers. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
