Client Support Services Assistant

We are looking for a Client Support Services Assistant to join our dynamic laboratory team. In this critical role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and lab operations—managing sample cancellations, critical results reporting, add-on requests, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, offering clear and professional support. Manage and coordinate add-on test requests across all departments. Investigate and resolve invalid or incomplete requisitions to keep patient care moving forward. Communicate critical lab results to clients promptly and professionally. Notify clients of test cancellations and ensure thorough investigation. Perform essential administrative duties—data entry, record maintenance, and documentation. Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and lab policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in a laboratory, medical office, or client support setting strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal. Comfort with Microsoft Office and (bonus!) experience with LIS systems. Independent thinker who also thrives in a team environment. Why Join Us?
