Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Assist with outreach projects as needed
• Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Hours 1:00pm-6:00pm Monday-Thursday & 8:00am-12:00pm Every other

Saturday Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screen
