Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Handle client inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their inquiries or feedback. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients to enhance their experience. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address customer needs. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices. Qualifications Previous experience in client services or customer support is a plus. Familiarity with call center operations is a plus. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply; English is required. Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
