The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto service management and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns
• Transmit accurate information to mechanics regarding necessary repairs
• Provide detailed explanations of services needed and associated costs
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments
• Work closely with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Update customers on the status of their vehicles during the repair process Requirements
• Prior experience in automotive service or dealership environment
• Proficiency in service writing and auto estimating
• Knowledge of automotive repair terminologies and processes
• Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Familiarity with shocks, struts, and other mechanical components
