Overview Job Summary:

BrightSouls Alabama is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Representative with administrative experience in a medical office environment. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of office/scheduling experience, preferably within an In-Home Care business. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Billing Assistant credential preferred. Must be proficient in software and scheduling platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients and caregivers with inquiries.
• Communicate with case managers regarding new clients.
• Conduct caregiver orientation and reference checks.
• Perform background checks and exclusions verification.
• Handle scheduling and ensure schedules are entered and updated in AxisCare.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
• Stay in touch with caregivers and coordinate staffing for clients.
• Notify nurses of new workers and clients for intake scheduling.
• Assist with marketing initiatives.
• Enter new workers and clients into AxisCare.
• Monitor AxisCare daily for alerts and take necessary actions.
• Conduct client quality control calls and log all communications in AxisCare.

Maintain attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
