Customer Service Specialist 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Troy, AL 36079 Personnel Resources has an opportunity for an Experienced Customer Service Specialist to join a manufacturing team in the Troy area! This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. This position will carry a variety of clerical and administrative functions as well as serving customers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct calls and visitors to the facility Assist production and management team with data entry, drafting communication and generating reports Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and industry specific programs to perform daily tasks Assist the accounting team with entering invoices and payments
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent Must have a minimum of 2 years office administration experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Must be able to multitask and maintain a well organized work space Personnel Resources is an equal opportunity employer. #
