Job Summary We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Western way of life, strong communication skills, and experience with horses, farm animals, and feed products. You’ll assist customers in selecting the right gear, answering product questions, and providing guidance on animal nutrition and care. Key Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm Western welcome and provide top-notch customer service. Assist customers in selecting Western apparel, cowboy boots, hats, tack, and accessories. Offer knowledgeable recommendations on horse tack, saddles, and riding equipment. Provide guidance on farm animal nutrition, helping customers select the best feed and supplements for horses, cattle, and other livestock. Stock and organize shelves with feed, hay, and ranch supplies. Operate the register, process transactions, and handle returns efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and checking product availability. Stay informed about the latest Western trends, feed formulations, and equine care practices. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of Western apparel, cowboy boots, and accessories. Experience working with horses, cattle, or other farm animals. Understanding of livestock feed, equine nutrition, and basic animal health. Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Ability to lift and carry feed bags (up to 50 lbs) and assist customers with large purchases. Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
