In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and reach out to customers who have expressed an interest in our products, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
