Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
