Iron City Studios is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for photography and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address customer inquiries regarding photography sessions, orders, products, and services. Assist clients with placing orders, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. Process orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and photography staff, to ensure seamless service delivery. Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and provide additional support as needed. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous customer service experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving client issues. Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
