Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Specialist , you will be on the front lines of our customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include promptly and cheerfully answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving order issues with care and efficiency. We are looking for someone who can remain calm and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment while bringing a sense of joy to each interaction. In addition, if you have a background in graphic design, you could be eligible for increased pay and the opportunity to assist as a backup for our Customer Service Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding, empathetic service to customers via phone and email, reflecting our company’s values and commitment to excellence. Resolve standard processing issues with a solutions-first mindset and a positive attitude. Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Strive to “WOW” each customer by treating every interaction as an opportunity to build trust and leave a lasting positive impression. Support customers with file-related or design questions using your graphic design knowledge (if applicable). Step in as a backup to the Customer Service Technical Support Specialist as needed (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus. Experience with FreshDesk is a plus Experience with design software or a general understanding of print-ready files is a bonus. Why Work with Us?

Compensation and Details:
$20
- $22 per hour, based on proven customer-service exper_se and performance metrics.
Annual reviews and bonus opportuni_es. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
