POSITION SUMMARY

Individual will perform all clerical and customer service functions at Hoveround’s Branch location. Will be required to participate in all inspections and surveys conducted by Local, State and Federal regulatory agencies including Medicare, Medicaid and Board of Pharmacy. Individual will performs all aspects of shipping/receiving for location as well as completing inventory counts and reports for month end. Individual will support the Branch RTS with materials prep, client communications, equipment reconditioning, warehousing and maintenance for this Durable Medical Equipment location. Compliance • Participates and provides required information during inspections by regulatory agencies. Coordinates/communicates with Corporate Compliance Department during inspections. Completes Medicare Call logs and daily checklist. Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas. Successfully completes all inspections by State and Federal regulatory agencies. Promotes and maintains teamwork with internal and external Hoveround associates. Participates in training sessions as requested with Field Operations and Compliance. Technical Support Speak with our clients to provide troubleshooting assistance with their mobility device. Create and process Service Order Requests. Perform outbound calls when necessary. Document contacts and follow ups in system database. Document and report product trends and customer complaints. Ensure accurate client information is documented and processed. Assist field representatives with technical and procedural issues. Demonstrate high level of Customer Service as well as high quality in documenting of client records. Shipping/Receiving Selects packaging material and packages per shipping order to ensure material is not damaged during shipping. Pulls parts per order and verifies match to bill of materials as required. Prepares units for common carrier or Hoveround Truck shipment as required. Preps scooters as instructed for common carrier or Hoveround Truck as required. Receives material and checks to ensure proper count and no damage. Reports any damage and shortages to supervisor. Completes manufacturing orders for kits based on bill of materials. Performs local pick-ups and deliveries as required. Participates in quarterly inventory taking. Assists with clean up and shut down of warehouses daily. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
