Enters orders and data into system (Sage X3) for processing, including proper ship dates, locations, correct pricing, and freight carriers. Confirms shipped orders and starts the invoicing process. Receives, acknowledges, and documents customer complaints using the Customer Issues tool and takes necessary action to resolve issues. Works with salesmen and sales assistants to respond to customer requests for production information (non-technical) or pricing, and keeps salesmen regularly updated. Communicates across multiple departments to ensure smooth processing of customer orders including Purchasing, Sales, and the Warehouse.
