DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Recent cash handling experience required Proven customer service experience required Computer experience in a Windows based environment required Minimum of two years recent experience working with computer data base applications required Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with the business office computer applications Ability to develop knowledge of the Company’s Customer Service Standards Ability and willingness to make decisions mutually beneficial to our customers and Company Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent time management skills Be able to assist with taking calls as needed for the Customer Service Center Must be able to travel to the Dadeville location as needed. Possible for other location travel if needed. Bilingual is a plus but not required This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
