Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of two years recent experience working with computer database applications required
Recent cash handling experience required
Proven customer service experience required
Computer experience in a Windows based environment required
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with the business office computer applications
Ability to develop knowledge of the Company’s Customer Service Standards
Ability and willingness to make decisions mutually beneficial to our customers and Company
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent time management skills
Be able to assist with calls for CSC Servicing center
This position does not require driving (excluding commute).
