Full Job Description Job Overview:

As a Call Center Operator at our Corporate Campus, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient assistance via phone, email, or chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while representing the company with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and promotions. Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow call center scripts while adapting to customer needs for a personalized experience. Assist with outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or appointment scheduling as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively. Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
