The Job :

We are looking for a friendly outgoing candidates who can multitask and are dedicated to delivering a great guest experience. Someone who can attend to arriving and departing guests with integrity and attention to detail. Duties include but are not limited to: • Check guest In and Out with

system . Answering the phone with a smile! While multitasking on computer between different software’s, Canary, CLC Lodging, Outlook emails, Quore including IHG Merlin including 3rd party services. (Booking, Expedia, Hotel) • Handling guest request, accepting packages or mail for guest and hotel, log packages in and out accordingly. . Sell and Restock cupboard items, coffee bar. • Working alongside other team members in harmony. The goal is to create unique guest experience for our guests that will make them want to come back.
