Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Baldo-Downs Insurance, LLC 1712 Hackberry Lane, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals Process endorsements, certificates, and billing requests Communicate effectively with insurance carriers Assist clients during the claim’s process Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs Support producers and other team members with service-related tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous insurance experience preferred (especially personal lines) Active Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficient with computers and standard office software; experience with agency management systems is a plus Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team Join us in delivering outstanding service that makes a difference!
