FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Our client operates Monday through Sunday, with shift start times between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on the client’s needs.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this high-volume call center role, representatives serve as the frontline of customer interaction, delivering exceptional services and support to members with classic auto insurance policies. Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting membership benefits. Representatives are expected to efficiently navigate multiple computer systems- including virtual desktops and dual monitors—while maintaining performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and call quality scores.
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating clearly and empathetically with customers to ensure satisfaction. Using internal tools and systems efficiently during live calls. Meeting productivity and quality assurance standards set by the training department. Participating in coaching sessions and team meetings for ongoing development. Handling additional administrative or customer support tasks as assigned. This role requires a combination of technical navigation, product knowledge, and interpersonal communication to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required qualifications: A minimum of 6 consecutive months of inbound customer service experience in a call center environment is required. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently. Experience working in a virtual desktop environment. A distraction-free remote workspace suitable for full-time work. High school diploma or GED.
Preferred qualifications:
Sales experience, with willingness to advise and sell membership benefit products. Knowledge of or interest in automobiles and/or auto insurance. Familiarty with Five9 software. Associate degree or higher.
Additional expectations:
Ability to participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a functioning camera. Comfortable working in a diverse, inclusive, and team-centric culture.
