Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE Traveler Support Counselors to join our May 19th, 2025, class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries.
Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.
Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.
Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit.
Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
Qualifications
4+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
2+ years of remote experience required.
Experience working in the travel industry is a plus!
Interview & Screening Process
Attend a weekly hiring webinar
Complete two (2) screening assessments
Complete one (1) hour interview with member of the P&C Team
Complete final assessment

Remote Work Requirements:

Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)
Telephone Services (either home phone or VOIP)
